株式会社C.A.R.E.の社名は、Children（子ども）・Adult（大人）・Rehabilitation（リハビリ）・Education（教育）の頭文字から生まれました。すべての子どもと、その成長を支える大人に、より良い環境と教育を届け、子育てファミリーに寄り添うことを使命としています。

私たちは、ご家庭の“もうひとつの味方”として、「楽しい」が「学び」になり、「学び」が「自信」になる毎日をつくります。放課後等デイサービス／児童発達支援／保育の現場から、一人ひとりのペースと個性に合わせて、確かな「できた」を積み重ねます。一人ひとりの幸せ（Well-being）を礎に、社会全体をより良い方向へと進める企業として、笑顔と可能性に満ちた未来を共に創っていきます。

Company Name and Mission The name C.A.R.E. originates from the initials of Children, Adult, Rehabilitation, and Education. Our mission is to provide better environments and education for all children and the adults who support their growth, standing alongside every child-raising family.

Our Commitment As your family’s “second ally,” we strive to create days where fun becomes learning, and learning becomes confidence. Through our services — After-School Day Programs, Child Development Support, and Early Childhood Education — we help each child build a steady foundation of “I did it!” moments, at their own pace and in their own way.Grounded in the well-being of every individual, we aim to move society toward a better future, filled with smiles and possibilities shared by all.

「子育ての“困った”を、社会で支える。」
これは、C.A.R.E.の変わらない使命です。

私自身、子育ての大変さを身をもって実感してきました。とりわけ、発達に特性のあるお子さんや、発達のペースがゆっくりなお子さんの育児は、想像以上の負担がご家庭にかかります。「そんなお母さんを助けたい」。その思いが、私の起業の原点です。家庭と社会のあいだに立つ“もうひとつの味方”として、放課後等デイ・児童発達支援・保育の現場から、一人ひとりの「できた」を確かに増やしていきます。

私たちが目指すのは「新潟一の子育て応援企業」。ただ“預かる”のではなく、TEACCH（構造化の考え方）など先進的な療育を土台に、遊びの中に学びの仕掛けをつくり、得意や個性を伸ばします。英語や国際交流など多様な体験を日常化し、子どもも職員も“違いを当たり前に受け入れる力”を育む。さらに、独自のモチベーション設計で「やってみたい」を行動に変え、挑戦を誇れる毎日へつなげます。

質の高い支援は、支援者の幸せから。時短勤務や有給取得、送迎負担の軽減など、無理なく働きがいを持てる環境を整え、専門性の違いを尊重しながら“チームで、ひとりを支える”文化を育てています。現在は新潟で9拠点を展開し、2026年にはインターナショナルスクールの開園も予定しています。地域の信頼No.1へ。株式会社C.A.R.E.は、現場から価値を生み続けます。
